Creative Brief: Design a bold, protest-driven t-shirt design that channels the frustration of working New Yorkers into an unmistakeable call for accountability.
Empire State Voices (ESV) works to hold federal elected officials in New York accountable for failing to deliver for working families. The campaign needed a t-shirt that could move beyond traditional organizational branding--something staff and volunteers would want to wear while doubling as a visible piece of advocacy.
The audience is rooted in the everyday realities of New York: blue-collar workers, rural and suburban communities, and families navigating the rising cost of living.

Bold typography became the centerpiece, paired with protest-inspired imagery. The megaphone composition draws from the iconic form of the Statue of Liberty.
